I was billed $26.63 for online billing, which they stated was on September 4, 2005 at 1:53 p.m., which I was away from my house and nobody else had access to my computer from Noon until 6:00 p.m. that evening.

When I called one call they said they could not give me any information but could put a block on my account. I refuse to pay this bill until they give me information about what this charge is for.
