Navicomm - One Call Long Distance ripoff, fraudent billing, never transfered me to a supervisor Carmel Indiana
No one was accessing the internet at time call took place. They told me no history of the call - BUT STATED IT WAS LEGITIMATE AND CORRECT.. How can I state if it was correct with no background info.
On top of that - they told me they will take off 50% off so we can settle the bill. I told him NO -- I want a 100% then we can settle. I told him I wanted to speak to a Senior VP in the company. When he transfered me line was just ringing and went into the regular customer service center.
Usually when you ask for a SVP at a credit card company -- The rep gets them tells them your situation and are ready for your call when transfered - plus rep is still on the line. I found this odd -- Started searching online and all I saw was negative info on company -- so I am adding my experience with them as well. Hope we can shut them down somehow... Team work.... :)
