Complaint Review: Navicomm

This company sent me a bill for $62.45 for internet website access charges. These are charges that were not made from me. I tried to call them and get some information but they say they dont have any, I tried to speak with a manager or someone else and they wouldnt aloow that either. I explained to them that if they had sent this bill to me with these dates and times why couldnt they explain what it was. They refused any information saying they didnt know. I tried to explain to them if they sent the bill they should have the information. I was hung up on.
