They claim that all their GPS software update discs are factory approved and all work, but they don't. They give different methods of payment ie: PayPal ect. but they don't work only EFT. So you have no buyer protection.
Only once the product arrives you find out they are based in the UK not AUS, once you search the address you find out that this building is empty, so no chance of product returns.
All their customer reviews\feedback are either fake and or filtered by them, so no real complaints can be displayed on thier webpage. They have a fake 2012 Gold Standard Business Award displayed on thier webpage.
No phone numbers or real address, they give no feedback or support and are totally unhelpfull. Once they have you money your screwed!
