I have a Navigon NVG5100. It did work just fine for a few months, until one day when I turned it on, the screen said that the memory card was "write protected". The unit will not do anything now, but stay stuck on this screen.

Since there is ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT telephone numbers for any facet of the company, I had to email my technical difficulty through their website. It took them 4 days to get back to me. The genius just said, "take the memory card out of the unit and in to your office with you and take the write protection off". "My office" certainly does not have a memory card reader on hand, for situations such as this.

Just thought I should let consumers know, that the equipment I purchased is faulty, there are NO phone numbers anywhere to actually speak with a human being for assistance, the only way to contact them is through email, and it takes days and days for them to reply with a useless prescription.
