I have never had so many issues with a company in my life I am constantly called several times I've tried to lower my payment ask for finical assistance anything to not default this load the staff is rude the berate you they question you they basically state that you are a loser because you can't pay your bill they send letters that say they will help you but then you call and they refuse to help I'm so fed up with them I will be changing my number to stop the constant calls which are literally 10-20 a day at all hours I have never really with such unprofessionals in my life
