Complaint Review: Navis Pack And Ship Center

I paid them for insurance for my move from Ohio to Florida and the desk, one of the items, arrived damaged. I called them and they were unwilling to pay for the damage, even when I paid them for insurance for any damages that could occur in the move. They recommended finding someone to get the desk fixed. The desk is broken and it cannot be repaired. I thought they were providing a genuine service until I spoke with the secretary once the move arrived and was unwilling to help. I am very discouraged and would Not recommend their business to anyone. They do not take responsibility for any damages done even if you insure the things with them.
