We provided Navyroof.com run by Andrew Fassnidge 1200 deposit for a property in India but since trying to get information about the property in India he has ignored me. Since providing the deposit to Navyroof.com they have disconnected their phone number and no longer have one on their website, changed their Navyroof.com office address to a virtual office address with no one actully there! Looks like Navyroof.com and Andrew Fassnidge have done runner with my deposit and probably many more!!

Navyroof.com would like to comment on the false and untrue report which was published on the 16th of October 2009 on this website by someone obviously wishing to damage the reputation of Navyroof.com and its Director.
The post stated that Navyroof.com was paid a deposit of 1200 by a client who refers to himself as "Dillip" for a property in India and since then we have "done a runner with his deposit and many more".
The facts:
1. Navyroof.com has received no payment from any "Dillip" for a property in India and no such booking ever existed, of course if it does Dillip will be able to show a booking form from Navyroof.com.
2. If "Dillip" even exists he will also be able to show a bank record of any payment made to Navyroof.com's UK bank account which we can guarantee he will not as it is completely fictious claim.
3. Navyroof.com is still trading and if Dillip's claims were actually true he surely would have taken legal action against Navyroof.com? This has not happened as we are still in operation and have not done "any runner" as is also falsly claimed.
4. We are fully contactable through our website contact form or by emailing info@navyroof.com where "Dillip" and anyone else can get in touch.
This is a slanderous post aimed at damaging our reputation and we will legally pursue the persons responsible for defamation of the company and it's directors.
