Naxpmedia failed to send murchandise that was paid for, by credit card. the merchandise was ordered on Dec. 31, 2007 and as of 1/13/07 the ups coompany- the company they said would be shipping the merchandise does not have the order. Also when this company was e-mailed about the problems concering the order they failed to respond. the e-mail also stated that when i tryed to check on products ordered my order did not show in my account.

i read somewhere that you should put what you are owed in these reports and decided i would come back and add this. All i wanted was my DVD's i don't want a law suite or a big deal. i just want the merchandise i paid for.
