I got a contract from the company.I needed to send $1800 for insurance and $525.00 for cadanian tax since my lender was from out of state.I send out the money thinking that I was going to get the loan.I guess I was wrong and now I don't have the money to pay my mortage and for X-Mas.I talked to Rebecca Lopez,I guess she is the Floor supervisor, Ms Tina Mobill, Sandra Parker, and Ronda Lynch,and they all say the same thing.I will get my loan in 24hrs.I have nothing.

Google "Advance Fee Loan". The FTC site is where you'll end up.
File a complaint at FTC.gov -- with enough complaints with enough information, they might be able to catch these guys.
It's illegal to charge a fee in advance of giving a loan. Fees are added to the loan and are collected from the payments.
Canada doesn't tax foreigners. They take enough taxes from me that they don't have to go after US citizens.
