This is actually my first Rip-off-report. I was actually surprised that NBAF magazines did this to it's consumers.

I was particulary dumbfounded because I had ordered many subscriptions from them prior to this and didn't have one problem.

My order was placed on 9/12/2004 and my total was $23.94. It was for 2 different bridal magazines. I don't know what they were so I can't contact the publishers.

I have my bank statement and the confirmation from NBAF of my order placed. I remember calling 8 weeks later and the phone was disconnected.

I also remember emailing on their website plenty of nasty messages demanding a reply, but to no avail.

I just came across my paperwork this morning and thought I would try the website again. When it didn't show up I googled it. Voila, I saw the words NBAF and RIP-OFF. At least I knew I wasn't alone.

How a company could do this to people I guess I will never understand. I didn't lose a lot of money, but it is the principal.

I hope people who invested a lot of money and trust in this company can get some redemption from the publisher.

I guess it was a blessing in disguise. I ordered two bridal magazines because I was in a relationship at the time and "thought" we were to get married one day.

When the magazines never showed, I wondered if it was a sign. The guy turned out to be a deadbeat loser and I have yet to recieve my magazines. Funny how life works no?

Thank you for this website and allowing me to share my story :)
