Complaint Review: NBC Skye Logistics Shipping Company

 This is very bad, how can you post bad review about us after we gave you your money. why you cant understand that problems arises? below are details details of the issue. NBC logistics ships to Nigeria with no issue and recently decided to ship to Ghana but not direct but through Nigeria route since that is cheaper and hassle free. shipping to Ghana direct is not issue but the custom here will make things difficult for customers, and we dont want it that way. when the product get to Nigeria, we give it to a third party company to send it by car to Ghana and and the previous company we used to send it, and this company got some people products missing and we did our best to refund each and every one tho it wasn't our fault but we accepted the responsibility for it. all other people who were affected by this issue understood us perfectly but only her but any business without problems then that business is not in existent. we have refunded her money every penny of it. and this problem only affected the Ghana part of us and due to that we have shutdown shipping to Ghana and will focus solely on Nigeria Market we just wanted to help in the Ghana market, but one issue is we Ghanaians are very new to this business and dont understand it like Nigerians. as i said we work in the Nigerian Market only because our serve are smooth with no third parties to tarnish our reputation .
