Ok. Me again. I will try to think of a way to tape this VM. I swear he ( LUKE ) says the same thing every day. For all I know he could be calling from his apartment in his moms underwear!
The funny part is he says a certain person authorized it back in Oct of 06. The person he mentioned hasn't worked here sine March of 06 so how did that happen? Anyway, NBIE is a scam. FTC or BBB haven't stopped them yet. I'm frustrated to the point of calling homeland security or the FBI and listing these butt munches as terrorists! That should take em down.
They are not a ligitimate business with no actual usefull product so what are they actualy doing with the money they collect from these poor little businesses like mine? DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALL!!! These are not polite people nor are they ethical. They want your money and the US doesn't seem to care because these people have been at it since 2001.

I have also filed a report on this web site last Thursday 5/10/07 about NBIE. Try calling the phone busters in Canada 888-495-8501 or 705-495-8501 I called them last Thursday and they work with Royal Mounted Police.
NBIE are true bottom feeders. I have been dealing with these scums since Sept. 2005. The manager before me was paying them for their bogus crap. I ignored the first invoice I received from them then when I received a fax I googled them and rip off report came up. They are calling me daily sometimes several times a day.
I have sent them a certified letter telling them to only correspond with me thru the postal service, they ignore this because it could be mail fraud. They are wanting payment for $569.00 for the rest of a 2 year contract. I told them I didn't want anything to do with them and to cancel the account.
They have refused to cancel, so I look at it as I have a free lising on YourCompanyListing.com. They have gone as far as faxing a signed contract from the manager before me. I have spoke with him and he said he never signed anything and has told them to take a hike many times.
I first started receiving calls from Michael, he sounds like he has the personality of a door mat. Then Michael said he was a collection agency. When I asked him the name of the agengy he wouldn't give it to me.
About a month ago I started receiving a call from Peter Phillip, when he got no where he said he wanted me to talk to his legal. A Bob Johnson got on the phone (his voice sounded just like Peter's). I told them to take me to court and they refuse. They know they can't do anything.
At least once a week I receive a fax from them, it is the same thing they fax every week a copy of the invoice and a copy of the contract. Last week when I received the same fax I faxed them a letter telling them I would only recognized a Texas court of law and was never going to pay this invoice.
Shortly after they received the fax from me Vincent Thomas called said he would be calling me as much as he wanted and that they have chosen not to take me to court. He called me a dumb f**k then hung up. I haven't heard from them in a couple of days, but I will.
I have a file an inch thick on them. I have filed reports with everyone, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, Phone busters. I have decided that everytime they call I will be filing reports again with everyone.
North Dakota has a cease & desist order against them. It may take time, but I can't wait for them to go down. I am a patient person, I just hope I get to see them go down.
