I've lost count of how many years I've been battling these "people". I get 8 pages faxed every week from Luke or Michael asking me to pay this bill. The funny part is that they have the ardacity tp charge finance charges since this is the 2nd year I've refused to pay. My fax machine is the ONLY way they can get to me since I no longer answer their calls due to caller ID. Meanwhile I've been working with the FTC, BBB,FBI and phonebusters (since their HQ is in Montreal QC ) Last year through communicatoins back and forth through the BBB their letters were so hilariuos I actually FRAMED one. They mispelled my name, called me the wrong name, my companies name and variuos other mistakes. Finally they stopped responding to the BBB and they didn't get their money. I guess they waited a year to see if I would have employee turnover or if I forgot. They don't scare me one bit. When it first began the threats were scary but now I just find them funny. I'm still going to do my best to keep everyone else from falling victim to them and keep proper notes for their day in court. I helped bring down American Business Solutions/GLobal Management Solutions and I have nothing but time and patience to bring these guys down.

I have been battling them since Sept 2005. I received my last phone call June 9, 2007 from them. I think I have received one phone call from Michael asking about the past due invoice since then. Michael has the personality of a rock. Have you ever noticed everyone in the company has a common last name like Jones or Smith. The threats became a joke after a while. They have had me talk to Peter and he told me I had to talk to their attorney Bob, when Bob got on the phone he sounded just like Peter. The manager before me was paying for this crap and they thought I was stuipd like him and would continue to pay. I told them the only way I would pay is if they had a signed contract.
At first they said they didn't then the next thing I knew they faxed me a copy. They had taken manger before me signature of of a check he sent and put it on a contract. I talked to old manager and he said he never signed anything and had told them many times to take a hike.
I have had many a laugh with these people. They have threated to recall all the CD and it would cost me 70 to $100,000.00, I told them to recall them, but they only threaten and never do anything about it. I too have filed complaints with everyone, including phone busters in Canada. Shortly after calling phone buster was the last phone call I received. I don't think they have given up and they will call again.
I will never pay their bogus invoice for their scam service. These people are a joke. I do want to thank, because if it hadn't been for this bogus company I would have never found this web site. I have saved everything I have gotten from them and the folder is an inch thick.
I know how they change recordings to make it sound like you agreed to this scam. They can do nothing if you don't pay this invoice.
I have wanted to look up their website and call everyone on it and let them know they are a scam, but I don't have that much time.
Hang in there and someday they will get what is coming to them.
