Complaint Review: NC Financial solutions LLC

  I had a consumer loan with this company beginning in February 14, 2018 and I paid on this loan for 29 months on time at $517.00 @57% interest rate on time, never late. Total payments consisted of $14,993.00. I view my website portal and my intention were to pay off this no prepayment interest loan. My portal showed a loan principle payoff of $8973.52 which I scheduled a payoff on 07/16/2020. To my surprise now I have a $1,377.48 accrued interest and prepayment interest due.

I ask the manager and spoke with him about this to get no results. This is egregious  Lending in 2020. This was not disclosed or interpreted in the original contract. This company is doing Predatory lending in 2020 and it is being allowed. There is not way this should be allowed, I am filing charges with theBBB,  Attorney General Next. Predeatory lending, egregious practices have already been outlawed and I am filing several complaints asap.

This company Is THE DEFINITION OF greed and should be shut down, The General Public should not be subject to these unscrupulous practices. ***I would  Not Do Any Business with this Company in my Opinion because they are using Predatory Lending Practices and the y are being allowed to get away with it.
