I purchased a dinning room set on 12/3/2005 online through www.ncfurniturebuydirect.com. My order number is 456298. NC Furniture Buy Direct charged in my credit card for $1623.20 on Dec. 5 2005. I have been waiting for the furniture to come for the last three month from NC Furniture Buy Direct. I found out that NC Furniture Buy Direct can't fill the order on Feb 24, 2006. I faxed my request to NC Furniture Buy Direct for a refund on Feb 24, 2006. They told me it should take 5-7 days to get the refund. I have not received any phone call from NC Furniture Buy Direct. I have called for many times to find out the status of my order. They said they will call me back. I have been waiting since Feb 24, 2006. There is still no refund from NC Furniture Buy Direct until today (4/17/2006).

I filed a complaint with the BBB on March 17, 2006. They have offered no response to their several attempts to contact them. Since I have not received any communication from the company I had no choice but to file a complaint with the STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE and THE GREATER RELEIGH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE on April 19, 2006. None of these are working. This company has been doing business for all these years. How can we let this company stay in business? Where are justices?
