I placed an order on October 30th for a curio cabinet valued at $319.20. On October 31st my credit card was charged for the merchandise. I received one email stating that my order was received and that I could track my order through their tracking system. Since then,I have not received no update, email or any status of my order. Their tracking system is not working.

I have tried calling the company and have gotten voicemail every time.

On Nov.14th, I sent a letter to the company by fedex (so that I could see who signed for it). Again, no one responded. I made another attempt to call after the letter was sent and finally got through to a very rude lady that told me she was the manager but refused to give her name. She only said that my order was in process and to check back.

As of today, Dec. 6th, I still have no information on my order. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve this matter, by calling, leaving messages, writing & emailing this company. I called the company again today and got the same response. The lady on the phone was rude and refused to give her name. She stated "She don't have to give anyone her name". I asked if that is how she treated all customers. No reply. I told her that I was going to report her to BBB and she said oh well.

I just want people to know that I have been doing lots of research on this Company. I keep finding more complaints. They also have complaints at Complaints.com. I emailed all the people and ask that they put their complaint on Ripoff Report also. I tried emailing NC Furniture yesterday and it was sent back say "no server exist". I then called them, and was hung up on. I have contacted the Chamber of Commerce and they have several people calling them with complaints. Something has to be done!!!!! My credit card company is also investigating this.
