Originally ordered in November 2005. They said they lost my order, reordered in July 2006. Now there web site and telephones no longer function. It has been almost a year and don't know where to turn. They are true rip off artists. I would need to get my money back.

I was contacted by NC Furniture Buy Direct and said I would have a refund by 10/17/06. But they lied. The representatives name is Sheryl or Cheryl. They will not anwer phone calls the fax no longer works and still will not respond to emails. I filed a report with the FCC this week. They owe me 1599.20 I am contacting the Attorney General now.
