I ordered a Dining Room set in early November 05. As I repeatedly requested order status updates with no reply and the supposed Order Tracker stopped doing anything I found RipOffReport.com and panicked over the amazing issues I was reading about this company.

I did reach Demetris who gave me a great sales pitch on how there is new management and the bad apples are gone and how the hurricanes affected deliveries. In doing more research the hurricane story does not tie with the timing of Rip-Off report issues.

I also spoke to a very rude woman whose response to the repeated bad Rip-Off Reports about their service was "this is the furniture industry that is how it is".

All I wanted was some kind of verification that they had placed an order with a Manufacturer. "Show me an order or confirmation to/from your supplier that this order exists". She said she could not do that.

I immediately called my credit card company and put the transaction in Dispute and my account was credited the nearly $1000. We will see how this pans out.
