NCH Software Purchased video file conversion software. Required to purchase upgrades before it would work. Add software for docs and photos which I didn't want. Asked for refund and deleted files. Internet
Purchased NCH video conversion software. It didn't work and I was prompted to purchase upgrades. It also added Doxillion for my documents and some photo management software which I didn't want or ask for. It forced my photos to be opened through their program. I deleted all their crap from my computer and asked for a refund which I have no presumption will occur.
When will these companies get the idea good customer service will generate more long term profits than quick one-time sales.
