My father was way overcharged for collective and comemoraqtive coins sets coins that he purchased some time back.  They were supposed to be Mint marked sets, Uncirculated MS-60 grade or better.  What we discovered is that they were cleaned and by them and values were veriifed by coin shops in our town were way overpriced for what they were worth.  My father bought approx.  30,000 and they are only were 1/3 the price.
