This place has called family members trying to find my husband who doesn't have a loan and when he did have one, it was paid off years ago. Apparently they even tag it on a credit report saying you have a bad debt with them. They are severely intimidating, threatening and saying they will take legal action against you. But then they harass you or whomever they are calling by leaving messages and making it sound like you are in some terrible trouble. It's a scam to try and get more money from someone who already paid their debt.
