EMBARQ CANT FIND THE BILL LOLOLOLOLO I TOLD NCO FIN / 22 THAT I WAS TAKING THEM TO COURT AND I NEEDED THE INFORMATION FROM THEM TO USE AGAINST THEM IN COURT LOLOLOLOLOLOLO .THEY GOT UPSET LOLOLOLO. IT COSTS ONLY 65 DOLLARS TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS LAW SUIT HERE IN OHIO ,, THEY HAVE TO TRAVEL FROM HORSHAM PA TO BUCYRUS, OHIO AND THE EMBARQ HAS TO TRAVEL TO OHIO FROM MISSIOURI,, LOLOLOLOLOLO.
ITS GOING TO COST THESE JERKS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS JUST TO COME TO COURT FOR THEIR BULL S**T,,,, HEY I AM PUTTING THEIR 1 800 TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE INTER NET AND HAVE EVERYONE CALL THEM ,,,LOLOLOLO ITS GOING TO COST THEM MILLIONS ,,LOLOLO WHY ,,, 1 800 NUMBERS COSTS I BELIEVE 75 CENTS TO 1.00 AND THEY PAY GUESS WHO ?????? I do hope you win. But let's clarify something. They do not have to travel to Ohio to defend the suit you filed, or to countersue you. All they need do is HIRE an attorney who is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
Will they do it??? I don't know. But THEY CAN. Further, they can up the ante on you by filing a countersuit in a HIGHER court that will allow for legal fees should they prevail. Just because the amount in question is low enough for adjudication by small claims doesn't mean that they HAVE to use small claims. They are free to hire an attorney and sue you in a higher Ohio court.
It's a dangerous game to play-sorta like poker, or chicken-who's gonna blink first.
I hope you prevail, just be aware that it can become risky and EXPENSIVE very quickly if they countersue and move the case to a higher court.
