NCO Financial Continuous Harassment Montreal, Quebec
NCO has called my residence at least 20 times in the past 6 months or so. Despite my wife or I telling them that we are not nor do we know the individual they are seeking (a certain Ross Bl******n who obviously gave them our phone number), they continue to call, and even pretended to call "Ross", indicating that they think we are lying.
We spoke to "supervisors" on three separate occasions, and are each time treated with mistrust as if we were liars. I consider this the ultimate insult, and wonder if I can take any legal action against this outfit...

Why don't you send them a stop contact letter certified not regular mail .
I had the same problem with another collection agency calling for another person on my cell I told them they had the wrong # . I was told they would remove my # but they did not they called again and the # showed on the caller id on my cell so I went to options and added them to by block list .
If you have call reject on your phone use it if you can on this #
When they get that stop contact letter they cannot call you again if they do you can sue them
