I was contacted by NCO Financial Systems, Inc. last week. They stated that I owed on my Best Buy Credit Card, I don't. I reached a settlement agreement with M.R.S. Associates on 4-30-02. M.R.S. will not research this settlement and NCO states that they need a paid in full letter from M.R.S. I have a cancelled check proving that I paid the amount that was agreed upon. They are very intimidating and very threatening. They said that they would take me to court if I don't pay. I already paid on this account.
