NCO Financial Systems bogus debt owed to AOL Horsham Pennsylvania
claimed i owed AOL money. i dont believe i ever even used AOL. called 866 number many times. no answer.
tried going online using their "unique registration code". said my ssn was not accurate and that i must call the 866 number to continue.
