I must agree with the responder here. Not only is this individual a complete moron, but notice he or she doesnt ever mention the fact that they obviously owe a debt or no one would be contacting them. Most companies will try very very hard to work with people before placing an account for collection mainly because they dont want to have to pay a collection agency to go after a debt unless they have to. I have always asked peeple who deny the clients ever contacted them why would they place you unless they have tried to collect it themselves and have yet to hear a valid answer.  This guy or gal needs to pay their bills and they wouldnt ever get these type of contacts.. not to mention I worked for NCO for a lot of years and they always were a very good reputible company

#3Consumer Suggestion

First, I am confused as to why your post is under the "Better Business Bureau" category. Did the BBB rip you off? FYI...The BBB can't "do anything" to anyone! The BBB is a "for profit" business, NOT a government agency. They are powerless.

And, the FBI does not have jurisdiction over debt collection matters. The FTC does, however there is no individual enforcement available to the consumer/debtor. The ONLY way to enforce your rights under the FDCPA is via the civil court where you must bring your own complaint, at your own expense. That's the way it works in the real world.

NCO is a COLLECTION AGENCY, and that is the category your post should be in, especially if you want it to be searchable on the site.

It appears that you are illiterate which made your post especially hard to read. I suggest that you go back to the third grade and learn how to form some sentence structure, paragraphs, etc. In order to do that though, you need to learn how to spell, use proper word tense, and capitalization and punctuation.

Pay special attention to your use of the word "there".

It appears that the real rip off here is against the taxpayer as tax dollars were spent to send you to school, and we did not get a return on that investment.
