Complaint Review: NCO Financial Systems Inc.

Got a letter from NCO financial saying I owed $8562.43 to a non-existant Chase Charge Card. Letter Told me that if I acted now I could pay off the debt at a 50% decressed rate by making three equal monthly payments. I have check my credit report and found nothing . I was suspious and I goggled this company and found out they are a fraud and we as consumers need to take action on them, class action.
