Complaint Review: NCO Financial Systems Inc

I have recieved letters from NCO Financial for a bill that is #307.96; however, NCO has and refuses to notify me on the nature of the origin of the bill. They insist that I must waiste my time writting letters to obtain the origin of the bill;however, they can continue to send me bills. Not only am I skeptical about paying a bill that I don't know what it is for, but the bill is in my maiden name and I have now been married for over 5years. Where did they get the bill from? Why can't I get anyone there to give me answers?
