I recently contacted NCO Financial regarding an item being reported on my credit report. First, let me say that I have only corresponded in writing so far, but I soon may be making a phone call. The representative that replied to me, via mail, is John M. Emmons (Compliane Officer). I had requested PROOF of the debt, specifically stating I would need something with my SIGNATURE ON IT. Well, all I received was a copy of an invoice, that oddly enough said my balance was $0.00! I also received a forged copy of a HICF (Health Insurance Claim Form)that was so completely wrong I had to just laugh.

What happened was NCO, being a COLLECTION AGENCY, had to turn around and request verification of the debt from the original creditor, Good Sam Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Good Sam apparently can't locate any orignal documents so they decided to just forge some! The form they sent was supposedly filled out at the hospital on 01/11/98, has my name incorrectly spelled, my social security number and signature are NOWHERE to be found on the document and it has 10/11/04 as the date it was typed up. It also states a balance of $0.00. It seems to me that NCO will do just about anything to get paid!

My whole point was that I wasn't ever seem by this hospital! They have my name wrong, no social security number, no signature and the only piece of information that was correct was my date of birth! COME ON! What a freaking joke people!!!!! They aren't getting one red cent out of me until they can PROVE it was me that was treated for these supposed injuries. I plan on filing complaints with several different local and federal agencies and I can, if I so choose, SUE THEM in small claims court. They have hurt my credit and now they are trying to collect on a fradulent debt. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

I received a report today that is for $113.86. My problem is that I have never sold anything for that much. Usually my things on ebay sell for around $20 and that it. I have absolutely no idea what sold for that amount. My highest transaction was only $50 on ebay.

The person that reported me did not give me any details of the transaction and only provided their last name, Mrs. Short.

All my customers receive their products order. If they don't a refund is given as long as they purchased insurance.

Also, I would like the buyer to provide proof of payment before I pay anything because I can't send the product if I don't receive the money for it.

The transaction ID is W43119
