NCO Financial Systems ripoff, fraudulant billing Horsham Pennsylvania
I have called AOL on 3 different occasions over the past 3 1/2 years trying to get an account cancelled that was only active during the "free trial period". I have been given 2 so-called confirmation numbers, neither one accounted for anything when I called in each additional time. Now (three years later) after THREE cancellations VERIFIED by a "caring member of the AOL staff"- I receive a collection notice from NCO saying my debt has been sent to collections. So not only was my account officially cancelled, but I was ASSURED that the debt was taken care of by a member of management last time I called and raised holy hell.
I refuse to pay for a bill that is NOT mine, but even with confimation numbers and employees names, calling has gotten me a long track record of going NOWHERE.
WARN YOUR CHILDREN ABOUT AOL- it will ruin your life faster than smoking.
