NCO Financial Systems Ripoff, HARASSING PHONE CALLS to collect a debt of FORMER housemate no longer here!!! Horsham Pennsylvania
NCO Financial Services is attempting to collect a debt on a former housemate who no longer lives in my residence. After several harassing phone calls which are NON-DISCREET I gave their obviously inept employee the individuals new contact information and told them to lose my number. I received another call today. This company is harassing me.
