I got a phone call from Bobbi Jo Besmertnuk @NCO telling me that a FedEx bill was sent to a wrong address and she wants to fax it to me to be paid. total would be $50.50 but as it was sent to the wrong address she would wave the collection fee of $10.10. i just should pay 40.40.
Looking at this bill it had a wrong address, not even our company's name on it, no FedEx tracking number on the bill, which is not normal and the 'shipment' was sent from a not existing address ( i checked MapQuest) to the same not existing address. And copy of this FedEx bill did not look like a regular FedEx bill at all.
