In March 2009 i bought a mobile phne from Orange to be paying around 24.oo pounds on a monthly basis. After two months i got a bill for well over 300.00 pounds, which it seemed impossible, stopped using the phone immediately, wrote about 6 letter to orange to complain about the bills and never got a single reply.


After a while start getting letters from NCO threatening to collect on their behalf, and the last one dated 19th October gave me 72 hours to pay an astronomous amount  of 751.94 otherwise they serve legal action.


Firstly Orange never bother to answer to my leters and now they threat with legal action more than  twice the amount of the said invoice, which i do not believe making call in two months for that amaount.


I am refusing to pay any amount until the ascertain the bills and refuse also to pay this fraud charges to NCO.
