NCRC in Coconut Creek, FL, misleads, deceives, damages credit, and fails to save you money! Coconut Creek Florida
NCRC promised to payoff all debts in about five years. They promised no negative effect on my credit score. They said they would pay off high interest items first. They were to negotiate lower interest rates. I had NOT had any late payments.
It has been 31 months. I have paid $514 a month; total $15,934 paid. My debt has been reduced $2,803. I still owe $25,310 of the original $28,113! They are also "holding" my initial $514 as an "incentive" to finish the program with them.
Credit score negatively impacted. The 21% account of $1230 has still not been paid off. Some interest rates were dropped; others were not; but none were drastically reduced.
Late payments on all five accounts to "re-age" occurred at the beginning and occasionally throughout the first six months. Even at month 31 one $18 payment was made late yet another time!
Very dissatisfied and disillustioned. Contact with company has yielded no real dialog; no comfort; and no remedy!

In order to avoid problems with NCRC, just keep your communication open with them. I have contacted them and found them more than willing to resolve any of my misunderstandings. As I'm sure your mother told you: always read the entire contract before signing. Be sure you understand it. NCRC is working with me in a very polite and professional manner.
