I started with NCRC (National Consumer Resource Center) in August of 1999. When I started, I was told that they would take care of all of my credit card solicitors, lower my payments, get rid of late fees & over limit fees and also get the credit cards payed off sooner.
When I started, I owed $5491, in March of 2000, I owed $6376. I paid an average of $175 a month for 8 months. I sent $165 when I started that was suppose to be returned to me. They refused to send it back.
Their Web site www.debt--consolidation.com says what all they can do for you. All they do is take you to the cleaners
