I PAID OFF MY DEBTS USING NCRC AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR RULES. AS YOU MAY KNOW, THIS MEANS MY CREDIT WAS DAMAGED AND THEIR PAYMENTS WERE LATE.

I SPOKE WITH THEM IN JANUARY ABOUT WHAT THEY NEEDED TO REFUND MY INITIAL $832 SINCE I HAD (AS THEY AGREED) COMPLETED THE PROGRAM AND QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 16 WEEKS. I SENT THE PACKAGE THAT THEY NEEDED VIA CERTIFIED US POSTAL MAIL. PHONE CALLS I LEFT IN MAY, JUNE, AND JULY WERE NOT RETURNED. I LEARNED EARLIER THIS MONTH (JULY 18TH) BY GOING TO THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY ARE "CEASING OPERATIONS". THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS, CALLS, OR FAXES.

I AM INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IF THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET BACK MY $832 REFUND. I WOULD PREFER THEY HOLD UP THEIR SIDE OF THE CONTRACT.
