Upon receipt of this treating letter, I dialed the provided number (704-464-6550) and after giving Julianne the first (5) digits of my (21) digit invoice number, she called me by my first name (ESP or what). When I asked her what this was pertaining to she accused me of being aggressive and said she did not have to take it and hung-up on me. I was unable to verify or obtain any information. A little confused and concerned, that was my first contact.

Concerned I look in the North Carolina Yellow & White pages and found no listings. Now curious I contacted and searched every source I could think of including the North Carolina Better Business Bureau again no company of that name found.

Four days later a second phone call, again giving (the same female voice) Julianne the first (5) digits of my (21) digit invoice number, she called me by my first name. This time when I asked her a question she said she was doing me a favor by giving me a heads-up about this. Immediately she then accused me of being aggressive and said she did not have to take it and hung-up on me again.

The unprofessional format of the letter is a givaway, they typed an extension number (it's a direct line no need for the extension but it look good on paper) but had to hand write in the phone number and the amount owed. The bold ASAP and large hand written PAY or CALL ASAP threat at the bottom, all very unprofessional looking.

I have sent a copy of this letter to the Post Master General, and delivered the original to the F.B.I. in Michigan this evening.

I'm waiting for my third contact
