This company repeatedly harasses me via email and telephone calls.

Dear Debtor,

Kindly verify your mailing address, as the legal charges are already filed and we are going to send you the court papers, so we wanted to confirm the mailing address before we send any important legal documents.

Just to remind you, this is regarding the e-mail we sent you earlier to download the legal case against you and we did not receive any prompt response from your end to set up the payment and to avoid the charges.

They claim I owe them money from a payday advance, but I have not taken a payday advance. They threaten to show up at my home or place of employment with the court paperwork, repeatedly call my phone, and have even called my parents and my bosses personal cell phone. We have no idea how they got the telephone number. They get rude when I inform them they are not to call me again. If you try to call the number back it goes straight to a voicemail number.
