Last year I got a phone call from NCS saying that i qualified for a major credit card with a credit limit of $4,000. I was told that if I wanted to start repairing my credit, I had to pay an upfront fee $199. So I gave them my bank account info and waited.I gave them a date to take the money out so I could make sure the money was there.About 3 days before I put the money in my account I called them and told them that I decided not to take the card because I feel on hard times and could'nt afford to do that at that time. They told me that I couldn't cancel. I told them that once the package comesto me I would return it and they said that if the package didn't state everything they told me I could get a refund within 30 days.

a few weeks went by and I didn't recieve my package.I called to find out what was going on and they told me they would send me some extra merchandise vouchers. So I,m thinking,"what the hell are they talking about merchandise vouchers?" I waited again and I didn't recieve it so I went through the whole calling process again. They had to send it to me UPS. Apparently, it was the 3rd package that they sent out.

I finally got it and when I opened the package I didn't find a major credit card. I called them and spoke to a supervisor, who told me that they had a tape of the conversation and I was told that it was a catalog credit card. They said that I will get a major credit card after I purchase something for $99 and send in 3 monthly payments off $33.
