Having a talented son with elite football skills resulted in our family receiving an invitation for a phone interview with NCSA for recruitment purposes. We were told if we were not satisfied with the program we could withdraw at anytime. We were guaranteed a college match and scholarship opportunities. We attended 2 NCSA invitations from local schools. Neither offered ANY freshman scholarships at all. Only sophomores were eligible. We spent $1300 for absolutely nothing and have been doing our own recruiting. When we called to cancel service we were told such would cost an additional $166. We were not able to get refunded a dime. In short NCSA did absolutely nothing for our son. They are good at sales and deception. Please do not trust this company.

Hello. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with NCSA. Your feedback is invaluable to us. Let me first apologize that you have not had a positive experience with NCSA. It is our goal to help young people realize their dream of playing their sport in college. Anytime we fall short in meeting expectations it is troubling for us. I would also like to apologize for the miscommunication with your enrollment. Although we are very successful at helping our members reduce the cost of their college education, we do not guarantee that every member will receive an athletic scholarship. As you mentioned in your scenario, college programs will decide how they want to allocate funds to individual prospects. With that being said, we are committed to helping you and your family find the right fit, if a program does not plan to offer aid to incoming freshman, we need to redirect our efforts into the many other programs that do. Our entire staff of recruiting coaches is available to help your family learn the best way to work with these colleges on getting scholarship opportunities. Please give us a call at 866-495-5176 and we can discuss the next steps in the process. Thanks in advance.
