Complaint Review: ND Nail

This salon, to start with, stinks of all the fumey stuff they use.

Secondly, they use store their implements in highly unsanitary conditions. They do not sterilize properly. They do use that blue liquid, but that container is dirtier than my trash-can.

Their service is awful. They made me wait a whole hour for a pedicure (They forgot about me, that's what one of the staff said!) The pedicure itself was awful. Also, the pedicurist/manicurist did not wash her heands or ask me to wash my hands and feet before she started to work on me.
They do not follow the basic rule -'Nails must be filed only in one direction'. She sawed away at my nails like they were a piece of wood!

She cut my cuticles and from the next day, my cuticles have been flaking off and peeling off. I know, you are thinking why I even went through with this, I did so b'coz my friend took me there as a treat.... I didn't want to disappoint her. I know, that was not the right thing to do. She won't listen to me. So I won't tell her that anymore. It was too obvious.

I was only shocked that she didn't see it! Anyway, I'll never go there again! But, please if you care about yourself and your health, NEVER go there! The very thought of that place makes me sick to my stomach.
