Complaint Review: NDA Pharmacy Safe Trust Processing

NDA Pharmacy/Safe Trust Processing does not fill the orders that you submitt and when you call, you either can't get through to the number or you remain on hold for 20 plus minutes.

I placed an order on April 26, 2006 and was told that my order would be shipped in 7-10 business days. After 4 days of trying to get ahold of them on the phone they finaly answered on 5/9/2006.

I was promised my order would be shipped in 5 days. I called them again on 5/17 and was told they had no shipping time frame and could cancell my order and refund my money. My money was not refunded and I still have not received my order.
