I placed an order for a 90 day supply of Phentermine on 04/13/06. The order total was $93.00. My order was approved by Dr. Prasad on the same day. My debit card was charged on 04/13/06 also.
I asked for the status of my order on 4/24/06 via their customer service and order tracking site. All I received was an automated response to my request.
On 05/04/06, I again asked for a status update. No response other than automated.
On 05/05/06, I again ask for my medication to be shipped or my money to be returned. No response other than automated.
On 05/08/06 I sent another request as well as I called and would remain on hold for approximately 5-8 minutes when the call would be diconnected from their end. This happened 6 times.
I have used this company in the past without problems and am surprised by this situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The phone number of 954-255-3530 has been disconnected.
I have sent them my final request for shipment or a refund. I explained to them that if they did not respond to me within 3 business days that I would report them to the following agencies:
1)Better Business Bureau
2)Georgia Attorney General, Thurbert Baker
3)Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs
4)Federal Trade Commission
Let's see if they will respond to this one.....

I ordered a 3 month supply of Phentermine from NDA Pharmacy on April 14th. I was sent two different automated responses via email stating that I had been approved and that I would get a shipment within 10-14 days. NOTHING ever came. I am not sure if my credit card has been charged, although after reading all the complaints here I'm sure it has.
I have called numerous times, but I stay on hold for approximately 30 minutes and then am disconnected.
The reason I went through this online pharmacy was because my friend did and she didnt' have any problems. She has her Phentermine and received it within 2 days!! Now, me and another friend of mine are having problems. Neither of us have received our orders and can not get through to a person on the phone.
If my credit card was charged you can believe that I WILL be taking further legal action.

I also was ripped-off by this company! I oredered on April 4TH. The number mentioned earlier was kinda exciting to see....except, it was disconnected. I think everyone that ordered from this company needs to get together and talk! If anyone hears anything about an order, please contact me and let me know too! Thanks!

I have been scammed in the past by coolwaterpharmacy.com for $228.00. It is an affiliate of NDA Pharmacy/Safetrustprocessing.com. I tried contacting them for months with no result. Two to three days after threatening to turn them in to the Bad Business Bureau, they contacted me. They advised me to do a chargeback on my credit card and I fully got credited.
