NDA PHARMACY, SAFETRUST PROCESSING, DAVID ALLAN BLUM M.D. ripoff, TOOK ORDER AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON 4/9/06, NEVER SENT OUT PRODUCT THAT WAS ORDERED, WON'T ANSWER PHONES, AND NO RESPONSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS Internet Online Based Internet
I placed an order on 4/9/06 with nda pharmacy / safetrust processing for a weight lose item. I was told that they were on back order and should receive within 10-15 business days.
I waited them days and never received them, so I called them. I sat on the phone for 45-50 minutes just waiting to talk to someone. Finally they picked up and told me I would have them by the next Wednesday. Next Wednesday came and went and still nothing. They have all my credit card info, and now they will not answer the phones. I sat there the other night and waited for 30 minutes and someone picked up and phone went blank, like they hung it up. What kind of business is this anyhow? I tried calling again today and sometimes it will ring and most times it just goes blank. I need to contact them for a cancellation , and have no way of doing so, as I tried emailing them and it just kicks it back. I have made alot of customer service questions on their web site and they will not even respond to them at all. Can anyone help me out as this really makes me sick of how people can take advantage of peoples private information.?

I too have fallen for this scam and gone through all the hang-ups, etc. You can try this email cs.safetrustprocessing@intwebgroup.com, I have used it and it does go somewhere because I have not received a notice otherwise. Good Luck.
