Complaint Review: NDA PHARMACY SAFETRUST PROCESSING

I placed an order on 5-6-06. This is the message I received before I provided my credit card number.
"IMPORTANT: Please be aware that as of today 06-May-06, due to a nationwide phentermine shortage, all Phentermine orders will ship in 5 business days from date of order.

After I provided my credit card number this email that I'm forwarding you is the one I received stating that my product will not be shipped for 10-15 business days. Today is the 16th Business day for 5-8-06 when my order went into effect. Both expectations provided or misleading to your consumers. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and they want me to press charges & will assist me if I decide to go further.

Even though I've been lied to and feel as though I fell into a scam where my money has been taken, I still have not pressed charges....yet. I just want my product or my money refunded. I've tried to call numerous times and the automatic system just hangs up on me. If I do not get some kind of response by tomorrow, I will proceed in pressing charges. ***They have yet to contact me. I will be pressing charges.
