NDA Pharmacy - SafeWayPurchase.net ripoff Boca Raton Florida
Okay I've seen lots of updates and I just signed up to this website today.
First of all, NDA Pharmacy LLC is a big rip-off.
However, please don't confuse them with National Diabetic Assistant Corp. (NDA Pharmacy)
National Diabetic Assistant Corp was bought out by Liberty Mutual and they did have a pharmacy but they do not have one any longer, and they are not the same as the rip-off company.
I spoke with their (Nat Dia Assist)compliance officer and NDA Pharmacy LLC was using the (National Diabetic Assistant)as a front. The compliance officer was kind enough to give me the name of the West Palm Beach Fl BBB who is handling this complaint. Anyway huge mess, I am currently trying to get my money back from my bank and I am waiting on a return phone call as I write this. NDA Pharmacy LLC is out of Cyprus Greece, I would like to know if anyone can give me additional info, so that it will maybe help me get my money back. I ordered on June 23, 2006, they took the money on June 28, 2006 and as of today July 06, 2006 I cannot get any responses from them and of course have not received product. Please any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I called my finanacial institution you would not believe all that I have to go through to get my money back. I have to have all info I can gather regarding this company, including the info I found out about NDA (ripoff company) hiding behind the legitt company as stated in my previous reports. Any names I have gathered, any people that I have had conversations with and of course their names and they also told me I would have to go as far as to file a police report. Has anyone else had to do this?
I don't mind filing the report, it just seems like there is a tremendous amount of bull I have to go through just to get my money back. In addition, I finally got a person to answer the phone at NDA (number listed on their website) and I cussed her out big time! she of course hung up on me. I called back, and the second lady was very nice. She told me that they were not NDA, they were only a service that took calls for NDA, and the only information she could give me was pretty much the same info that was listed on NDA's order status website page.
I cancelled my order, but have yet to receive my refund. I have not filed any reports yet, was hoping to hear from other people who have also been ripped-off to see if there was a different route to take than having to file report. Let me know if anyone has other suggestions. Thanks.
