Ndapharmacy, safetrustprocessing ripoff Coral Springs Florida
I ordered 37 mg phentermine on april 14 2006. I have emailed them a total of 6 times with no response. I have exhausted my attempts to contact this so called company. I to have been on hold numerous times only to be hung up on. I work everyday so I dont have the time to be on hold for hours at a time.
My next step is to request a chargeback from my credit card co. How hard is it to get back? This is such a frustruating situation because I have always ordered phentermine online and never had any problems. I have now gone to my doctor to request a prescription because I will never order phentermine online again.

The same day I reported nda pharmacy I recieved a tracking number for the phentermine I ordered in April. What a coincidence. I've tracked it on the fed ex website and it's supposedly arriving on monday June 5. We'll see. At least I know now to never use that website again. I'm hoping this is the end of my ordeal.

ndapharmacy.com is also rxnetsecure.com or safetrustprocessing. They are one in the same. When they refused to answer any questions the phone automated message forwarded me to look at my order status at ndapharmacy.com. rxnetsecure was down completely at the time also. All orders on the complaints I have read are over a month late and no customer service. Use the phone number provided above. I have requested a chargeback. Chargebacks cost them money. It is shame they cannot answer a email, phone or order status questions on their own website.

I TOO WAS VIOLATED BY SAFETRUST--MY STORY IS THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE'S--NO ANSWER TO EMAILS NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE --- I FINALLY GOT ONE ANSWER BACK TO AN EMAIL AFTER THREATENING WITH CRIMINAL PROSECUTIION ADVISING MY CREDIT CARD WOULD BE CREDITED BACK AND MY ORDER CANCELLED THIS WAS AFTER ALMOST 40 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE YOU COULD UNDERSTAND MY ANGER! JUST TO LET YOU KNOW HOWERVER BxxxxxxPHARMACY FILLED MY ORDER AND DELIVERED WITHIN 3 DAYS AND IS THE ONLY SITE I KNOW THAT OFFERS COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) IMAGINE THAT!!! I ordered Phentermine on 4-24-06 and after not receiving my order and reading all these reports, I was convinced that I had been ripped off. However, yesterday evening I was e-mailed my tracking number, and my pills have now arrived. Just wanted to share some good news for a change.

Try calling this toll-free number 800-274-1935. I talked to a person who said this is their "marketing" department. At first she said couldn't help me but I said I reported them to Rip-Off and insisted help. She faxed my order number to another dept. and miraculously I got a FedEx tracking number the next day and my medication should reach me by tomorrow.
