I HAD PLACED AN ORDER ON 4-22-06 FOR WEIGHT LOSS PILLS COSTING $139.50 AND THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 5 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DOCTORS APPROVAL. DOCTOR APPROVED ON THE SAME DATE BY A COMPANY CALLED "SAFE TRUST PROCESSING."

I CALLED THE 866 NUMBER ON 5/5/1006 AND AFTER WAITING FOR 40 MINUTES A REP. FOR THAT COMPANY TOLD ME THAT THE PRESCRIPTION WAS FILLED AND THAT IT WAS AWAITING A FED-EX PICK UP TICKET. I TRIED CALLING AGAIN TODAY 5/7/2006 BUT NUMBER SAYS CALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS EVEN THOUGH WEB SAYS 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS IN TOTAL. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET MONEY BACK FROM THEM IF DON'T KEEP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN?
