NE AUTOGRAPHS Non delivery of an item paid for New York New York
I purchased an autographed item from NE AUTOGRAPHS web site for the sum off $314.99. The item was purchased on behalf of a charity and the item was to be auctioned to raise money for a 2 year old boy who has suffered terribly through meningitis.
The item was never sent out. NE AUTOGRAPHS have replied only twice to my constant emails. The first reply was
"Your order has been shipped out, you will be recieveing your order before christmas for sure!"
And the Second
"Sorry for the delay, your item has been shipped , there's no need for complaints, or legal action, this was just a mistake made on our part. You item has been shipped out to"
The item was first ordered on the 11/15/2008 .
I had contacted the NY branch of the BBB and they have had no luck in contacting this company either. I fear that NE AUTOGRAPHS have no intention of refunding my money and they had no intention of ever sending out the item that i purchased in good faith.
The address supplied on their web site i belive are false and i can not find a contact telephone number for them. If any one knows one please let me know
